Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase at Ayurvedix.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
